1. About BIDA Games

BIDA Games is an inclusive sports and community initiative that promotes participation, confidence, social connection, and inclusion through sports and related activities, particularly for children and persons with disabilities.

The BIDA Games website provides information about the initiative, its events, participants, partners, sponsors, volunteers, fundraising activities, and community impact.

BIDA Games is organized by BIDA Games Committee, with support from participating organizations, volunteers, sponsors, donors, and community partners.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use the website in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or data;

5. Minors and Participants Requiring a Parent or Guardian

BIDA Games may include participants who are minors.

Where required, registration and participation must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may be required to:

• Complete or approve the participant's registration;
• Provide emergency contact information;
• Review and sign applicable consent, waiver, or participation forms;
• Provide relevant information necessary for the participant's safe participation; and
• Accompany or supervise the participant when required by the organizers.

The website itself does not replace any separate event participation waiver, medical consent form, media consent form, or other document that may be required for a particular event.

6. Health, Safety, and Participation

Participation in sports and physical activities may involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury.

Participants, parents, guardians, and attendees are responsible for considering whether participation in a particular activity is appropriate for them or the person under their care.

BIDA Games may establish reasonable safety rules and participation requirements. Participants and attendees must follow instructions provided by event organizers, venue personnel, coaches, facilitators, medical personnel, and authorized volunteers.

The organizers may restrict or discontinue a person's participation when reasonably necessary to protect the safety or well-being of the participant or others.

Any medical, accessibility, disability-related, dietary, or support information requested during registration should be provided accurately where it is reasonably necessary to support safe and inclusive participation.

7. Accessibility and Inclusion

BIDA Games is committed to promoting an inclusive and respectful environment.

We aim to make reasonable efforts to support participants with different abilities and accessibility needs. However, the availability of specific accommodations may depend on the event, venue, activity, available resources, and information provided to the organizers in advance.

Participants, parents, or guardians are encouraged to communicate relevant accommodation or support requirements before the event.

8. Code of Conduct

All participants, attendees, volunteers, staff, sponsors, and partners are expected to treat others with dignity and respect.

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, abuse, threatening behavior, violence, or intentionally disruptive conduct may result in removal from an event or restriction from future participation.

We are committed to creating an environment where participants of all abilities can participate safely and with dignity.

9. Donations and Contributions

The website may provide opportunities to make donations or contributions in support of BIDA Games and related activities.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Donations are voluntary;
• Donations will be used to support BIDA Games, its programs, events, beneficiaries, or related operational activities;
• Donations are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or in cases of processing error; and
• The availability of tax deductions or official donation receipts depends on the legal status of the organization receiving the donation and applicable law.

Where donations are processed by a third-party payment provider or fundraising platform, that provider's own terms, privacy policy, fees, and processing rules may also apply.

The website may identify or link to sponsors, partners, participating organizations, venues, media organizations, fundraising platforms, and other third parties.

You may view and share publicly available website pages for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit protected BIDA Games content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

13. User Submissions

If you submit testimonials, stories, comments, photographs, videos, or other content to BIDA Games, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.
